As yet we don't really have many firm plans for Bolivia. From what we have heard we should swing by Lake Titicaca, La Paz, Sucre and Potosi and then head into the Atacama via the Salar de Uyuni salt flats.

From La Paz we plan to head down to the provincial city of Sucre and the silver mines at Potosi. I imagine this to be Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid territory. From Potosi we will head across to Tupiza, an oasis town on the altiplano.
After the trip to Uyuni we plan to make our way across the altiplano towards the Chilean border so that we can cross close to the Atacama desert. From there we will cross the border and head in towards San Pedro de Atacama.

These plans are particularly uncertain as this is the low season in Bolivia. Hopefully the rainy season will not dent our plans too heavily (other than not being able to cycle the most dangerous road in the world)!
From Tupiza we hope to pick up a trip that can take us to the Salar de Uyuni via the wilderness of the altiplano. We have heard that it is best to do this trip from Tupiza rather than Uyuni as you cross the salt flats on the last day rather than the first. You also get to visit some areas that the Uyuni based trips do not offer.
Given that we will be finishing our visit to Peru in the South it is likely that we will enter Bolivia over Lake Titicaca. I have heard that the floating reed beds are incredible and that you can stay on an enchanting island. From the eastern edge of the lake we will make our way to the capital La Paz. If we are lucky we may catch a festival at Copacabana en route.
